What to Avoid
What to Avoid
1.) Products that claim to have a 100% success rate. No product will work for everyone.
2.) Companies that don’t back their products using clinically controlled scientific research. These companies are simply pulling claims out of thin air and hoping the average consumer doesn’t check their sources.
3.) Products that don’t provide standardization or concentration of extracts.
4.) Compnaies that do not use quality control and purity testing as standard practices.
5.) Companies that use ingredients that do not cross the blood-brain barrier: tryptophan, GABA, etc.
6.) Companies that claim SJW provides immediate relief- though SJW has immediate therapeutic benefits, it takes time for it to take full effect.
